North Carolina's legal community has a unique opportunity to provide permanent funding for Legal Aid of North Carolina. The North Carolina Bar Association Foundation has established a “Legal Aid of North Carolina Fund” within its Endowment. The Endowment will maintain funds donated to it and provide investment income to LANC on an ongoing basis.

For the first time ever, NCBA members will have an opportunity to donate to the LANC Endowment Fund on their dues statement. Members are encouraged to donate in this way or may access a form to complete on this website. Click here to donate online to the LANC Endowment Fund.

Additionally, members are encouraged to donate to North Carolina's legal services providers directly for their ongoing operating expenses. The LANC Fund in the Endowment is to compliment fundraising efforts by North Carolina’s legal services providers, not substitute for it.
