North Carolina's legal community has a new opportunity to
provide permanent funding for Legal Aid of North Carolina. The
North Carolina Bar Association Foundation has established a "Legal
Aid of North Carolina Fund" within its Endowment. The Endowment
will maintain funds donated to it and provide investment income to
LANC on an ongoing basis.
Members are encouraged to donate in this way or may access a
form to complete on this website. Click

Additionally, members are encouraged to donate to North
Carolina's legal services providers directly for their ongoing
operating expenses. The LANC Fund in the Endowment is to complement
fundraising efforts by North Carolina's legal services providers,
not substitute for it.
